The Manu O Kū Festival is an annual event held in the Spring on the lovely Coronation Lawn at ‘Iolani Palace. The approximate .5-mile area around the palace and capitol building is one of the most active Manu O Ku breeding areas in Honolulu. The festival was founded by a partnership between the Conservation Council for Hawai‘i, the National Wildlife Federation and the Hui Manu O Ku. Games and activities engage participants of all ages in learning about the Manu O Kū. Additional details for the April 27th, 2024 gathering will be shared here as they become available.
